With new app, hotel customers who form part of the Meliá group can access a wide range of services:

  • Manage bookings 24/7
  • Online check-in
  • Enjoy membership of the REWARDS loyalty programme (information on points, offers and discounts, bookings and REWARDS card in wallet, etc)
  • Digital key
  • Integration with digital wristband at some resorts for identification and shopping at points of sale at hotel.
  • Access to stay services (room service, booking spa, restaurants, activities, etc)
  • Chatbot for queries and requests for information and chat with hotel staff.
