Empark and O2O join forces to redesign and enhance its digital channels and technological architecture to deliver excellence of service to customers.
O2O partners with EMPARK on an IT consultancy project focusing on the technological architecture used to provide information services, bookings and parking payments on and off-street for end users on its web and mobile channels.
The aim of the project is to change EMPARK’s technological architecture, removing any existing inefficiencies and problems and optimising service.
This will improve performance and end user service and increase third-party integration, growth and scalability in Empark’s technological environment.
